Bullet Weights® Screw-In Weights Perfect for Texas Rigging

ALDA, Neb. – New to the Bullet Weights® product line are Screw-In Weights that are designed especially for anglers who like to peg their weights when using a Texas rig for fishing.

On the bottom of lead bullet-shaped sinkers is a stainless steel “corkscrew” device that makes it easy to thread on a plastic bait and hold it in place next to the weight. The Bullet Weights Screw-In Weights eliminate the need for line-damaging toothpicks.

“We are always looking to offer products to our customers that provide benefits to anglers,” Bullet Weights President Joe Crumrine said. “Most fisherman use a Texas rig at some point, so the Screw-In Weight will work well to keep the sinker and bait together without pegging. We initially are offering these weights in two colors but will be adding additional colors later on.”

Bullet Weights Screw-In Weights are available in natural or black color in the following sizes: 1/16 oz, 1/8 oz, 3/16 oz, 1/4 oz, 5/16 oz, 3/8 oz, 1/2 oz, 3/4 oz and 1 oz. The MSRP is $2.86 per clam pack in natural or $3.12 per clam pack in black. (Note: 1/16 oz through 5/16 oz sizes come four weights per pack, 3/8 oz and 1/2 oz sizes come three weights per pack, and 3/4 oz and 1 oz come two weights per pack).
